This XSD is a Partsof the OsiSense XS product range of inductive proximity sensors. Inductive proximity sensors enable the detection, without physical contact, of metal objects. Its range of applications is very extensive and includes monitoring the position of machine parts (cams, end stops, etc.) or counting the presence of metal objects. These sensors have high operating rates, fast response, and excellent resistance to industrial environments (robust products, fully encapsulated in resin). The nominal sensing range of this sensor is 2.36in (60mm). The sensor accepts 12VDC to 48VDC power and provides a normally open and normally closed discrete PNP output. The sensor is a non flush mountable plastic sensor with frontal sensing face and screw clamp terminals. It is compliant with UL, CE, CSA, and CCC standards and IP67 rated. It is suitable for railway, mobile equipment, material handling/conveying/logistics, material working/machine tools, packaging, robotics, food and beverage industries.
